The 10th edition of the Women’s Rugby World Cup takes place from 22nd August to 27th September 2025, hosted across multiple cities in England. With an expanded 16-team format, this will be the biggest Women’s Rugby World Cup to date. Ireland, fresh from their historic victory over the Black Ferns in the 2024 WXV tournament in Vancouver, will be aiming for another landmark win as they compete in Group C against six-time champions New Zealand, as well as Japan and Spain.

RTÉ Sport will bring audiences the very best of the action, broadcasting all of Ireland’s fixtures live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player, ensuring fans catch the very best of the tournament's key moments.
