GAA Championship Package 2019

Dublin are hot favourites in 2019 to retain the Sam Maguire and if they do, they will make history by becoming the first team to win five All-Ireland titles in a row. A resurgent Kerry, League Champions Mayo and possibly this years underdog will certainly do their best to stop them.

2018 was one of the most exciting summers of hurling in recent memory and no doubt the 2018 hurling champions, Limerick, will be back to defend their title. But in a competitive field, anything could happen.

In 2018 the GAA Championship had:

  • 38 Live Games on TV with an average of 338,000 individuals (39.4% Share).
  • 841,000 watched the Football final (70.5% Share).
  • 854,000 watched the Hurling final (73% Share).
  • There were 1.6million streams of the GAA Championship on the RTÉ Player (up 4% YoY).
