As part of our 2017 Late Late Toy Show package, EA Games received a custom built, media first Multi-Platform Takeover on RTÉ.ie to bring their FIFA 2018 campaign to life. The concept, ideation and design was produced by our RTÉ Create team, led by creative specialist Regina Geraghty and brokered by Spark Foundry.

This highly engaging format brings an immersive experience to many more people as it is multi-platform and demonstrates the consistency that can be achieved across all screens for a brand.

Why Responsive?

The new Multi-Platform Responsive Overlay format works as an advertising solution across all screens and provides brand consistency for our clients, no matter what device the audience are using. Previously, we offered high impact advertising solutions on desktop in the form of conventional rich media builds. This move towards responsive builds by RTÉ Create is the next phase of rich media. It allows brands to have a consistent message, look and feel across all RTÉ devices where their ads are seen. The benefit of this for advertisers is expanded reach of their creative and message, as it will now be seen by more people, on more platforms, in turn positively impacting on brand recall and delivery for their campaigns.
