Digital detox - yay or nay?


What was your first job?

Working as an assistant to the local Vet in Dingle, the summer I finished my Inter Cert.

What was the last book you read?

The Cut Out Girl – Bart Van Es.

Tell us something interesting that people may not know about you?

I never get bored.

What's the most overused word in your industry?

Deep dive seems to be the buzzword at the moment!

Have you ever met anyone famous?

I just met Miriam in the coffee queue, does that count?

What's your favourite app?

My favourite app is spotify but my most used is google maps. I have a tendency to get lost!

What or who are you a 'closet' fan of?

If I told you that sure it/they wouldn’t be “closet” anymore!

Which two organizations outside your own do you know the most people at and why?

TG4, as I worked very closely with them when I worked for Post TV and Ballinteer St John’s, my local GAA Club - my kids play football & hurling with the club and I do some voluntary work with them.

How do you define success?

If you have a healthy balance between work & home, that defines success for me. I enjoy work and I have a wonderful family and great friends around me.
