Hema is a Programmatic Specialist within the Ad Operations team here in RTÉ Media Sales. Hema first joined RTÉ as Ad Operations Coordinator before moving into programmatic. Hema also has a Masters in Management and Marketing from University College Cork.

Tell us something interesting that people may not know about you?I’m a Dentist per my undergrad, even practiced for a year back in India before I moved over |

What is your favourite brand and why?I’m not a big brand person, I like value for money. In fact, I don’t like paying premiums just for the brand name. |

How do you define success?Progress is success for me…each day every day and sustaining that progress is the key |
